LG will join to fight in smartphone due 2010

LG just announced for launch three smartphones running with the brand new Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. A full touchscreen bar, a touch-enabled one with sliding QWERTY and a regular bar with full QWERTY, all powered by the new mobile Microsoft OS, will hit the stores in the upcoming months.
As we all know the MWC 2009 in February LG used to use S-Class UI with total touchscreen interface. Then now they have a new partnership with Microsoft and they plan to doing some efforts in developing Windows Mobile smartphones. Now LG revealed their agenda to release three Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphones until the end of this year and ten more in 2010. Until Christmas we will see one full touchscreen UI, one touchscreen bar with sliding QWERTY keyboard and a normal bar with QWERTY keyboard.
The insiders issue said that the full touchscreen phone is LG GM730, while the QWERTY bar is most definitely the LG GW550 - both upgraded to the latest Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional and Standard respectively. Both smartphones have been released just a few weeks ago with Windows Mobile 6.1. But the third one is still mistery.
With this more ”smarter” phones, we can wait and see the three of LG’s to fight and join to be Apple iPhone killer, or just willing to be killed?
